for information on breeding i suggest the Rio Bravo Reptiles Page (link at bottom) as well as one of the many books available.
i have "captive husbandry and propagation of the boa constrictors and related boas" by david fogel, which i find to be fairly good.

as far as breeing albino to albino, i dont see why it wouldnt be done, other then not wanting to spend the money on buying the pair compared to a pair of hets. an albino bred to an albino would result in a litter of albinos. i am sure there are people doing it although im not one of them.

albino x albino can be done, and Jay is correct, the litter will be 100% albinos. Unless of course you mix different strains of albino, (kahl x sharp) then you would get normal looking babies that are 100% Double-het for both strands of albino.

Assuming that you have 2 Kahl strain albinos, breeding them together should make all albino babies. However, most breeders prefer not to breed Albino x albino, instead most would rather breed albino x het, or het x het.

The reason nobody wants to breed albino x albino, they say albino is a very "weak" gene. I'm not exactly sure how to define this, but my intake, grant it I may be wrong, makes them more susceptible to diseases. I'm assuming somehow an alteration of the immune system being passed on. I've seen plenty of albinos with 1 eye, no eyes, etc. So in that sense, I've seen first hand the "weakness" of the gene, but I cannot really define it very well.

Hope this helps, maybe someone can elaborate a little more?

if I may make a recommendation, depending on how many you are planning to buy, buy female hets, and male albinos. Perhaps 2-4 het females, and 2 albino males, which could create unrelated pairs for babies. Thats another thing, try to buy unrelated pairs if you can.

another thing I would recommend, which will kind of contradict what I just said, but depending on how serious into money you're planning to get, maybe buying atleast 1 female albino may not be such a bad idea. If you have any highend co-dominant gene males, such as Arabasque or Motley, breeding to an albino female would produce a very nice litter.

Not trying to tell you how to spend your money, just providing some advice.
