Tri-Color Hogg Question?

bblack Dec 01, 2005 09:20 PM

Can you house Juvenile Tri-Color Hoggs together? I have a pair of 05's that I was thinking of putting together in a 10 gallon because I'm limited on space, but wanted to first make sure they would not eat eachother.

Thanks,
Bill

I wouldn't do it ! maybe you can put a divider in the cage to keep them apart tell you have more room.

PS lets see some pics !

Hi Jim,

I will take some pics of the pair..Well I decided to keep them a part. I put them together for about 5 minutes..and the male was chaseing the female around the cage, trying to grip her neck and mounting her like he wanted to breed..which is crazy since they are 05's and still pretty small.
