Snake Room Design Help..........

Hi, in the Spring my Father is expanding the garage and as that is done, a seperate insulated Shed/Room is being built for my Ball Pythons. I am looking for Ideas on how to have the outlets put in. Should I run them to a power strip or an actual strip of outlets? I was thinking of seperating them about 2 feet wider than the racks themselves (AP 1960-6, with back heat, and their hatchling racks. For air-circulation.I was also thinking of installing a sink with a filter for their water/cleanup. Any Ideas please let me know! Thanks in Advance.
