What a stud....

This is his second female of the year finishing her ovulation. These should be some extremely colorful hets if all goes well.
Last year at 18 months old he showed absolutely no interest in the ladies. I'm sure glad he has progressed and he is actually my most agressive breeder now.

Here's a pic of the first female he was with. She is now over a month into her pregnancy and is already huge. Hopefully she will have a nice litter of albinos. She is very dark from being gravid, but she is actually extremely red.

That picture did no justice to the female. Here is a pic showing what she really looks like.

working with these high color and pastel bci for a while and know what pics do and don't do.. that's why I was so impressed!

and that first female too...

I think there is gonna be a whole new level to albinos real soon...

and that is a wonderful thing!

That first female is really the only one I cared about this season. I was really hoping she would take and so far things look real good. She is due at the end of February. That pic just does her no justice. She has tons of dark red hidden in there that I think will make insane albinos with my male albino het stripe. She was a very odd looking normal from Barry Berg's 2002 dh sunglow litter. She has darkened some with age, but the color is in there. God I hope she goes full term!

Take care,
Matt

Matt,

That is a very strong bloodline. Mine held for 110 days until all the yoke was gone. She looks like a very muscular snake just like her sister.

"Odd" looking is an understatement. She was so close to being labeled DH Sunglow. She has so much base color, she will throw high density babies like her "niece".

Good Luck!
