This is the female of a pair of snakes that I got from a petstore owner in Lubbock TX. He gets them from kids who find them around Lubbock and bring them in. So I guess they are probably from around the Lubbock area, but I don't know for sure.

That's a good idea! I may shoot some closeups of the Charina and my new Eryx johni. Stay tuned, although they will probably end up on the sandboa forum.
