Are CB Outer Banks Kings Legal to possess in NC?

VERY NICE snake you got there!
I live in NC., have lots of kings and have some Easterns that resembles OBKs a little and plan on breeding them. The only differences are: The bands are further spaced apart, go all the way to the belly and the speckling is a little less intense (but after some selective breeding, who knows?) These are actually from Lake City Florida. I have a nice male on breeder loan from Nick,(Foxturtle) and my 4' female from the same area: Here's a pic of the female:
