I have an '05 Western Hognose that is eating pinkies well. If I were to feed him a toadlet would he refuse to eat pinkies and start only accepting toads?

I've got my westerns to take pink and fuzzy rats. I had to scent with mice for about 4 weeks prior, but they switched over.
