that are some of the largest in captivity, here in the U.S.A. I have Two Peruvians that are true 12 footers and a Melanogaster, that is close to 13ft and they are over 80 pounds a piece. I also have a 12ft wild Guyana and a Guyana that is now, close to 14ft long and probaby is the largest overall Boa in captivity at this point.......Johnson Herp

are these two. Peruvian and 13ft'10in Guyana....Johnson Herp

light and clean and colorful for her age/size. Any babies planned from her? Do you happen to have any pictures of her when younger? Mark Hauge
Thanks, Mark. The picture really does her no justice and she is probably the most yellow Peruvian that I have ever seen, " especially for her size. " Hopefully, I will get some babies from all of them this year. We will see......Johnson Herp

those are some true monsters. what do you feed them. have you ever breed them.
The Peruvians, are proven breeders and the Big almost 14ft Guyana, came from the wild gravid, back in 04 and had 66 babies. I believe that she is gravid again or in the process of being so. It is hard to tell at times with a monster as big as her. She seems to be showing the signs and the male has suddenly lost interest, after breeding her like a mad man for weeks on end. Here is her and her boyfriend. If all goes well, she should have some babies that will blow the mind of even the most high standard breeders. Here is also, some of her babies from 04. There is no way of telling what the male looked like, that bred her in 04, but the babies were awesome. As you can see, this male pictured is incredible......Johnson Herp

HOLY.........! How much do those babies run for and how long is the wait list?!

Never, count your snakes before they hatch or get layed. I will not breed the Peruvians until the spring and hopefully things will go well. I have alot of experiance with Peruvians more-so than any other locality and I believe that I have the right combinations this year with fewer animals, to put babies out there that will compare to any that have been produced. I breed for classic looks and that is what I prefer. Great color and tail are number one. Missing saddles and pattern deformities are not our goal and if any are produced, I will probably give them away............Johnson Herp

If you happen to have to give away one of those hatchlings put me on the list NOW!
Gorgeous snakes man, I'm very jealous.
put me on that list to. those are some pretty sick boas!
If you're giving any away, I have some extra room
Otherwise, let me know when she pops and we can do buisness.

Hi,
Zena my BCI was 60 lbs and 9' - 6" last year. I have not checked her weight or length this year but I would say she should still be about 60 lbs and around 10' now.
I would say Zena is one of the biggest BCI boas in the USA.

I am 6' - 2" tall and 260 lbs in this picture.

Thanks for looking,
Tom
