Practicing Boa Photography - Albino on Velvet

I have been wanting to try shooting some of my animals on velvet. I have seen other do it and it always looks great! Here are a few shots of my 05' female albino from a corel litter. I'm can't wait to see how corel she will get.

Here is one of her on some blue fabric

Nice!

As a few words of advice, you need to set a smaller aperture in order to increase depth of field.

Look at the difference between the head and the tail in the first pic to illustrate this best.

Yeah, i need to work on depth of field.. I was having enough problems keeping the snake in one place. i believe with a better flash I could use a larger aperature. Thanks for the reply.
