wont eat crickets is it ok?

hello everyone i just bought an adult female leopard gecko but she will only eat meal worms and superworms. i have tried crickets but it is always a no go. is this ok for her? is there any other insects i should try feeding? thank you for your help

I think she might be either used to mealworms or she just needs some time to adapt to its new enclosure. Check the size of the crix they should be 1/3 of its head size.

Your Leo does not have to eat crickets. Superworms & mealworms are fine. The rule for appropriately sized crickets is, the cricket should be no longer than the space between the Leos eyes is wide.

my leo is the sameway. he only eats mealies out of his bowl. he stoped eating crickets after i stoped buying them while i was in college mealworms where easer to keep. so when i tryed to give him a cricket when i got back from college he wouldnt eat it even if it jumped on his head. just make sure to dust your mealies. she will be fine
