If he is an adult, he may not being on a "hunger strike", he may simply be brumating (Leos version of hibernation). This is normal as the cold weather comes along, some Leos brumate, some don't. Those that do will start to eat less and less often. If this is the case he will probably start to slow down and not be out roaming his tank as often. My adult male and female both are brumating right now. My male started the beginning of October, my female the beginning of November. It's just a seasonal thing, not necessarily due totally to your temps, many think it is actually triggered by the natural daylight cycle. I haven't changed the temps for my Leos but they are still brumating. My male right now is only eating about once a week to 10 days and only a couple of large crickets when he does. One thing about brumation is they won't lose a bunch of weight like if they are sick. My male has eaten very little overall for the past 2 months now and has only lost 2 grams. Heck my female has been eating less for about 5-6 weeks now but has gained 9 grams during this time LOL You can keep offering him food for when he does decide to eat. Just be sure to keep an eye on his weight. If he does start losing much weight or you see some other changes in him, like runny poop or regurgitating etc. then I would have him looked at. Other than that I wouldn't worry too much at the moment
