Black Milk Transformation

KenRoshak Dec 05, 2005 11:55 AM

I have a pair of yearling Black Milks from the original SA Zoo line. The guy I purchased them from got them from Vivid Reptiles. My female is really starting to turn with each shed. Here's a pic of her in May 05. The male is starting to turn as well but she's ahead of him.

Its really cool to watch them change from tri-colors to shiny black. Yours should get really big and shiny if they are SA Zoo stock. Mine are as well.

The guy I got them from was pretty impressed with the Vivid snakes so he bought as many as he could from them. He had a larger female on display and she was awesome. I'm hoping mine will be as nice.

Yeah, I agree. I'm trying to document the transformation using my digital camera, taking a picture every month or so. Nice snake there! I'm hoping mine will get as nice. I've heard good things about the SA zoo line.
