I miss my Kaida! She's sleeping right now, decided for herself that she wanted to curl up for the winter, and I really miss her. That's all. I'm sure there are others out there who feel the same way!

I got my school pet, Timber, as an adult. This is my first dragon to brumate and he's freaking me out! My tortoises are snoozing too, but I guess I was used to that. I know Timber will be ok, but I worry. He's so beautiful and I'm worried about him losing weight. I can't wait until spring when he's raring to go! He decided to brumate right after I got him, so I haven't really seen him eat like a piggy yet. sigh

yeah...i miss my indie and aphrodite...been sleeping for a month now.
oh well, at least venus is still up!

This is my first brumation...sigh....I'm not sure what to expect. He is just sleeping. I have his lights on for ten hours, on a timer. He is not eating, even though sometimes his eyes are open. (I have put greens in his cage.) I brought him out to hold once and he pooped on me. I could care less...but I wondered how often he should be pooping or if he should be pooping. There was some regular stuff and some stuff that was kind of gelatinous.
Just wondered what it is like to have an adult beardie brumate!
