What are the four bumps on his back, is that just a strange rodent inside of him. Also why is his tail so raggy looking, it looks like the scales were being rubbed off and are falling off. Maybe its just a picture mistake but it sure looks like your snake has some problems. Sorry for any offending i may have done, i would just be very concerned about your snake.
