We like to herp the west side of the Chiris before checking in. If it's moist we might find some desert box turtles to play with for awhile. Luv those guys. Ed also likes the coachwhips and whipsnakes, so we'll try to see some of those before getting into the more serious stuff..haha.
Shoot me an email, Clark, and let me know what kind of agenda you have. We like to cruise the Cave Creek area in the early evening, then head out to the flats and our special area later. In the mornings we usually get up real early and go up high for some mountain hiking.
I assume you'll be staying in Portal then?
PS: Sounds like you're serious about the albino tiger, haha. Will do!
