Port Jervis: One $10 bet, one poor, beheaded pet lizard and one guy on his way back to the slammer.
That's the story that unfolded Sunday, when police accused a 19-year-old Port Jervis man of animal cruelty in the wake of following through on a nasty dare.
Police said that while Derrick Ford was hanging out at a friend's house, someone bet him $10 that he wouldn't bite the head off a pet gecko.
Ford chewed off the lizard's head and pocketed the $10. A little later, police showed up and pocketed him. Sometimes you lose, even if you win.
Ford was charged with aggravated animal cruelty, a felony.
Because he was on parole, Ford was also charged with a parole violation and sent to Orange County Jail without bail, pending further court action.

they could of atleast dared him to have a huge tokay bite his nipple or something 
( coming from me because i dared someone to do that )
