waiting for an animal plastics thermostat

just wondering if anyone else is waiting for a thermostat from animal plastics. it's been over a month and a half that i've been waiting for mine. thing is, they charged my account and still haven't sent it. my last couple of emails have gone unanswered for over a week as well. unfortunately, i'm stuck with a rheostat for the time being and can't afford to order a different thermostat because they already drafted the funds from my account.
