How much Parazap?

I just got my parazap with instructions but it does not indicate the dosage. I have a 1 month old, 4 month old and a 6 month old and I would like to use this as a preventative. I have searched and haven't been able to find anything in regards to this. Also, can I dust crickets with it or does it have to be used as a tea?
