Looking good, fighterpilot! I didn't see any ventilation holes, you may want to drill some holes around the tubs. Sorry if you have them and I couldn't see them. What is a mexican mountain king?

Yeah, he is and thanks, he is killer! Hope to find a similar girl or three for him in spring! Hope we can express the white. My small project! Lol!

Dear Antelope, that is the most beautiful L.g.splendida I have seen, I really like bold contrast. What general area is it from? Are all the splendida in this population black and white? If not, what percentage are? I hear some nice ones come from near El Paso... If you breed this line, I would love to be on your list! Thankyou for posting this impressive animal. Vic Herrick, NorCal
Everyone give a high five to Joe Forks for putting me onto this one ! It is white and black, west Texas locale, and I haven't seen one like it yet. Joe found a male and 2 dor females and took pity on me and drug me along. He said if he gets his female, the next one was mine and true to his word, I got the only other to show up that night. An amazing snake, an amazing time, with an absolutely amazing person! Saw in excess of 20 snakes, not including the crotalids, of which there were scutes, atrox, and viridus, with many intergrades. I was a stranger in a strange land, and it is intoxicating! Worst drug on the market! I need a fix!

Kept a little pituophis.I loved her pattern of circles, little bullseyes. This is the pattern that I'm used to. She is not like this big male.
If you were in far west TX the pit could be an intergrade between Sonoran Gophers and Bullsnakes.
Could be Aaron, but the rostral is way higher than wide. Hope not!

Lookin good!! Who makes those tubs and what are the dimensions of them? I'm in the process of building a new rack and was looking to fill it with the clearest tubs I can find.
Thanks
they have a very thin space at the top that seperates the rack from the box(no snake could get out). the boxes are "food boxes" they are reallly hard plastic boxes. I ordered the racks with the 7 adult ones and went to smart and final and bought the other ones. i am extreamly happy with them and they have heat tape lineing the insides this guy dose awsome work.
here is a mexican mtn king aka knoblochi
