After i put him in his new cage, he ate his first pinkie, surprising enough they dont really strike at it. they just open their mouths and grab it and then wrap around it. But no more worries tryin to get the baby to eat.

Congrats on the feeding. Mine does strike and coil when it feeds, but when he/she was in blue, it was just grab it and coil a bit. I'd be willing to bet yours is going to shed soon.

What does it mean when he gets off his branch and will nest in the moss i have a the bottom of the cage?? He hasnt moved in about 12 hrs.
