this is devi the ball python
and if i say so myself i just love that first photo

This is a normal, not an amel......
i know that was why i posted the photo they girl said it was an amel, im not good with tiny baby snakes, i think she mixed the amels and normals up and didnt know the difference....
First off that isnt a Amel, like the others posted
Second that looks very much like some of the Miami phase corns that Sean & Monica Niland produce at VMSherp.com(these guys have some of the nicest corns ive ever seen available), So you may have a miami phase on your hands but it may just be a classic.
Just my Opinion.

Not only is it a normal, but it looks like it may be a motley, as well. Those stripey lines down the side may mean that the 'spots' will stay. Nice snake regardless. Enjoy!

Ok, so I replied to your message telling you that it was not an amel, and I said "the best snakes are free snakes" and said that peaches and chunk were free, never mentioned the breeders name or anything, and then they DELETED it...... why?

0.1 Snow Corn "Hope"
1.0 Ball Python "Wilson" (Castaway)
1. Orange Albino Black Ratsnake "Chunk" (Goonies)
.1 Orange Albino Black Ratsnake "Peaches"
0.0.1 Mexican Black Kingsnake "Onyx"
i have noticed alot of jaysonj's post have been deleted....
back to my little snake, i wasnt really concerned with the color or the morph, the girl said it was a amel, i believed her, around here they seem to mix the snakes up, i did notice from the photo though the snake is going blue,
and after reading leslies post i went a took the snake out, i never noticed the stripeing til she pointed it out...LOL
With motley, you also get sort of a pseudo-hypo effect, which will make for a brighter, lighter set of colors. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as that one grows and sheds.
Leslie
Normal and not a motley, but a very nice snake even so!
