ive never seen a venomous hybrid before, would it be possible to cross a venomous with a non venomous snake?

1 amelenistic corn snake (mazy)
0.1 blizzard corn (blizz)
I heard a while back that there had been some breeding between wild eastern garters and wild northern copperheads. They were saying that some eastern garters may be mildly venomous now. That is just what i heard, it may have just been a rumor but i read quite a few pages on it on a website a while back, i think there may even been some posts on it here on one of the forums.
