Hey laying boxes is truely a personal preference but here is what i like. Get yourself a rubbermaid container with a lid approx the size of a shoe box. Put just a few small wholes in the top to allow for air incase you dont catch them hatching right away and get them out they have air to breathe... The I use perlite mixed with just enough water that when i take a hand full and give it a good squeeze i get no more than 1 drop of water from it (my guess is maybe 10 parts perlite to 7 parts water but you will have to play with it). Hope that helps if you need more info feel free to post again

My bad i gave you directions for incubation container not egg laying. Ok egg laying you can use a 5 gallon bucket with moist sand (wet enough to allow for tunneling) fill it about half full and put some greenery and stuff in there for the female to hide and allow her to dig her holes without being disturbed
