smallest snake I have ever seen.

A friend found two of these under a board after a heavy rain this week.

That appears to be a Brahminy blind snake, an introduced exotic from southeast Asia. If you can check the tip of the tail with a magnifying glass, you should be able to spot a tiny spur. They are becoming fairly common in South Florida, as they are unisexual and parthenogenic.
