They can climb out of everything especially if they are the full-sized adult ones. I keep mine in a shoebox container and they climb out of those as well if the bedding is high enough. Sorry I am of no help. I heard people cut their heads off, for one so they don't bite the animal you are feeding them to also they couldn't climb out.
i just feed supers by hand because they are so great at escaping from a dish...plus, it means i don't have to go checking for any escaped ones in the morning.

I use a small, glass jelly jar (like used for canning preserves and jelly). They can't get out, and it's shallow enough that my geckos can reach in and grab them. I also use this for crickets that I've pulled the back legs from. Makes it easier for my older ones to catch them too. A wide shot glass would work just as well, if you're feeding small numbers of worms.

I don't mind the escapees much with supers.. they tend to pupate in the tanks when they escape the dish so I let it go and check every so often for pupae..then move them into my breeding rack for superworms.. *hehe* Easier way to get more superworms to pupate without needing to compartmentalize...they tend to like the cypress mulch wrapped in paper towels moistened that I put in the humid hides for the geckos...makes it easy to check for too...I've got a couple hundred baby superworms now..
How do you breed them?
