she is still not eating. I have contacted just about
everyone that I can to try to get information but it seems that
many people have not had a gravid female. Yesterday, I did
call another vet long distance whom has had 20 yrs experience
with Igs. My vet here is very good but I am getting desperate.
He instructed me to take her for lab work first. He feels
there may be something else going on. As far as Beanie
the only difference in her is the thin appearance. She has
gotten her old "charm" back that she had before coming gravid.
It is 7 weeks now but I am force feeding some and giving
liquid calcium along with water so she is not dehydrated.
I hope this comes to an end soon. I am so worried about her.
Thanks for asking about her
Linda
I am so sorry to hear she's still not doing well
You sound so worried, and I would be too! Have you tried feeding her baby food with a syringe? I've seen some people suggest that, if you cut the tip off you can get a better hole to squeeze it through. Although I know you will already be doing everything, you are such a good ig mum. I hope she turns around soon, and keep in touch, let us know how things go.

I wonder if this would work. I used this on Marley since he pretty much only ate what I forced into him via syringe and dandelions. Now he eats like so much better. A normal diet at long last. I hope this link works. If it doesn't its http://www.anapsid.org/emaciation.html
