CRESTED GECKO'S! I just picked up a pair from the MI reptile show, and Im in love! lol, they are just the sweetest! The Chocolate is the Male, Mochoa. The Orange Tiger is the Female, Latte. They are both doing extremely well, and although this isnt the gecko forum, I thought you may like to see them- Enjoy!

BUT we love all lizards, hehehehehee

I just LOVE cresties, would love to get a dalmation, think they are so SWEET looking, but I have to admit, dropping their tails and the fact they do not grow back makes me nervous as I like to handle my lizards.

Congratulations on your new geckos, VERY pretty, hope to see more pics ! OH and see ya on the crestie forum, I watch that also,

I would not worry about the cresteds dropping their tails. I have had many cresteds and have not had one drop their tail.
Sweet geckos by the way

Super nice, what I like best is their faces are so Pretty, those eyes are incredible.

I "SPOT" a dalmation head/face sticking out of the dirt, was she laying ?

Stunning guy !

This panther looks like the magnificent looking Cyclone from Kammerflage Kreations, I want one of his kids one day . I told Liddy she could just send me Cyclone, but she said NO WAY !

Anyway your guy is incredibly gorgeous!

Not only was the website HORRIBLE, the show was even worse! There were only about 15 vendors (and thats pushing it!) that had not-so-good looking reptiles. It wasnt worth the drive, even though I love my new gecko's, and they actually did have a few panther chameleons...but other than that, I would NEVER go again

FlammySnake Dec 12, 2005 10:39 PM

You guys have gotta try the show in columbus ohio sometime. Very crowded, lotsa animals but some of the vendors are less than friendly. And the breeders expo in indianapolis is pretty nice. (not the midwest show, that one is very bland at best)

chamcham505 Dec 12, 2005 02:50 PM

When I first arrived at the show, I already had my eyes out for a cute little dalmation. They are just so gorgeous, but when I saw this pair I just couldnt resist...then I had to leave the show afterwords, I was worried I might by another pair! The vendor I bought my pair from was very informative, and the first thing I said to her was "Will they drop their tails???" lol, I prefer my gecko's with tails, but I love them all the same. I dont think the Cresteds would drop their tails from handling as much as they would from breeding, as its not as easy as you would think for a gecko to just drop its tail. Well, I'll be seeing 'ya on BOTH forums now!
