ive read black racers are all black but ive caught severeal in massachusetts that have white bellies and have blue on the edge of the belly scales. has anyone else seen black racers like this?

I now live in Florida, but i did live in Mass and had family in cape cod as well were i found many black racers, and all were the same as you have there with the blueish tint on them, except a few that were extremely black. Good look herping and post some more pictures soon.
