cricks question

spearmint123 Dec 11, 2005 08:55 PM

So I have been feeding my leo small cricks about 5-7 of them every night. Should I be feeding him everynight? cause I read somewhere I should be feeding 5 times a week for hatchlings to juves.

I really hope he will eat mealies or small super, I can't stand cricks they smell and I manage to lose one or two in the room and it freaks me out. I'm hopeing when he gets bigger he will eat mealies , is there a way to make the transition?

Thanks for everyones help

Feed your Leo every night. When they start to mature, they will probably eat every other night. But let the Leo make the choice. Ofter them every night until you begin to see a real pattern. I feed my Leo crickets only. I buy 50 at a time and have only noticed a smell when I don't thoroughly clean the 10 gallon tank before I put the next 50 in. I think they are a superior staple feeder.
