WhatUp guys and gals... just wanted to know what you think of using DIAL Soap to scrub down my beardies and baby beardies tanks. ( Note: I also use a 5% bleach solution right after)

It's probably not really needed if you are using the bleach solution. Unless you just want it to smell better. Not sure how much reptile type bacteria it would take care of.

You don't need soap and bleach. Only use bleach. Soap can leave residue that you cant see, and it can be harmful to your animal.

all soap is antibacterial. not to get into a long drawn out chemical disscusion on how soap works, but is has to do with the properties of the molecules that make up soap. some things havge added stuff to make it disenfect better but soap is not needed if using bleech solution.
