I would say yes from the picture. The best way to tell is to look under its eyes to see if their is a tiny row of scales between the upper lip scales and the eye socket or if the upper lip scales actually go up to the eye socket directly. If the tiny rows of scales are there then it is for sure a Borneo (breitensteini)

That is a classic borneo (Python breitensteini). Very nice looking head.
