pink belly sideneck

does anyone know where i can find a good care sheet on a pink belly sideneck? ive googled it and found some for sale.. but i dont want to get one without knowing what they require... thanks in advance.

This is a relatively easy species to care for. Treat it a as a typical tropical aquatic. You can use a varied "natural" diet, of fish, worms etc., but most will adapt to commercial foods, such as Reptomin, Mazuri etc. that provide more balanced nutrition. They are quite aquatic and will do well with a minimal basking area. As in all species, juveniles require closer attention to diet to assure proper calcium uptake, than do adults. They are strictly carnivorous. I have had several individuals for many years. Due to their soft skin and large foot webbing, they are a bit more vulnerable to bite injuries. Kepp them away from aggressive species, such as snappers, soft shells and red-eared sliders.
