I saw some snakes that were supposed to be half corn and half black rat snake. They were tan-colored without markings. Does this sound right? Does anyone have experience with or pictures of this cross?

I had a pair of them several years ago and they had a slightly less intricate head pattern than a typical corn. Ultimately they grew up to look like very sooty dark corn snakes with faded melanin dorsal striping. Nothing much to write home about though.
