I was wondering how everyone felt about cross breeding corns and kings
All I will say is that you should do what YOU like. Just remember that there are already plenty of irresponsible breeders out there mis-labeling their stock. I like the creamsickles but am not a big fan of any other cross.

You'll find that most serious breeders are against hybrids. There are a variety of reasons for this:
1) It becomes impossible to tell what an animal is after subsequent breedings.
2) It is disrespectful to the "true" forms of the snakes.
3) Most hybrids are ugly (although there are occasionally some nice looking ones, these are few a far between).
4) It's unnatural.
Those who have been breeding snakes for a number of years have also usually spent time in the field. They appreciate the different species of snakes and how they've evolved with different colors and patterns. Rather than muddying these traits by breeding different species, they seek to refine these colors and patterns - crossbreeding does just the opposite of that.

You must admit though, there are some truly striking hybrids like that odd King/milk/corn cross that was posted last week.
Feel like having such strange pigmentation must really do a number on their vision. Although, any animal with altered pigmentation has altered vision.
Meanwhile here's my cream. She's not in a very good mood because our heat is out on the coldest day yet in the winter. Her enclosure had more blankets on it than I did last night.
I totally agree with Tim, as I usually do. BUT, I think hybrids will expand greatly in years to come. Unless laws start to change, it's going to happen. As pets I see no problem with hybrids, but working at a pet shop, and having rangers bring in 3, yes 3 iguanas this summer, I fear the impact of hybrids in nature. Not to mention exotics.
