Got this guy from PetCo because he was missing his tail. It grew back and is very carrot tail. But I'm having problems identifying what else he is

That's a Super-Hypo (No spots on the body) Carrot-Tail (Orange on the tail without being broken by spots) Baldy (No dark spots on the head.)
