I've seen them breeding (blaberus discoidalis). How do I differentiate the sexes?

I unfortunately do not have an answer for you but I too am surprised at how well and fast my lobsters are breeding

The females wings are noticeably shorter than the males.

Flip the roach on it's back and look at the last segment at it's rear. The females have a larger last segment where the males have a much smaller last segment. Also the females are generally bigger.
