My snow corn is 3 years old and over five feet long. He eats 6-8 mice each feeding ( every 10 days or so). I'm considering switching him to small rats, Would this be better for him or should I continue feeding him large mice?

What size mice are you feeding him? And is he getting fat? My adult cornsnake only eats one mouse every 10 days. Of course, he is much smaller than yours. But still, that is a lot of mice for one snake to be eating.

I'm feeding him large and jumbo mice. He's not getting fat at all. I've seen pics of corns his size and larger and he's not as wide as they are. I'll post a pic of him soon.....

You shouldn't feed more than one food item at a time(feeding). Only when your planning on moving up to a larger meal.
You should feed your snake an food item that is no more than
1 1/2 times the widest girth of the snake. Try to feed f/t too.
