Just received my 05 female from Don Soderberg today. She's South Oklahoma locality. Man, they're not kidding when they say these emoryi rats are robust.

These are very underrated snakes. I've been wanting an E emoryi for a while, and I finally got around to ordering one. Thanks for looking.

Great looking snake, Steve. I almost got some albino Kansas stock last fall. They make great pets.
Do you know what part of s. OK the stock is from? I also wonder if Don is carrying any other emoryi stock? Thanks...Terry
Don had told me South Eastern Oklahoma locality, so I'm not sure if he knows down to the specific county or not. I belive this particular Oklahoma stock started from Troy Hibbits (spelling?)
Don has three localities of Emory that I know of, which are South Texas, Brazos Island, and the South East Oklahoma emoryi like mine is. Not sure if he has more.

Thanks, Steve. I have a pair of B.I. rats I got from Don a couple years ago. I thought he had gotten rid of those. Good luck with that OK stock. TC
Very nice snake! I like the ones with complete spearpoints best.- Toby
Nice snake Steve, this is why I like to work with Creamsicle Corns...those hardy Rat snakes really plug some great genes in the mix. Tom Stevens
You know, I'd like to mix Abbott Okeetee with emoryi. I'm picturing a brown "cornsnake" with extra-thick black borders. Man, that would be unstopable. The hatchlings would be huge, to boot.
Nice snake Steve.
Here is one of my Abbotts behaving like an arboreal boid. I think I've posted this one before.
