Assuming you feed a snake on a 7-10 day basis, how long does it normally take a kingsnake to reach full length and mass? I have a Mexican Black Kingsnake that's about two and a half years old and approaching 4ft.

Approximately 24 hours before it's death.
Depends on what "full adulthood" means. If you're talking about growth, then I agree that "24 hrs before death" is correct. Snakes grow their entire lives, the growth rate just slows down as time goes on. If you're talking sexual maturity, about 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years. But I guess you're wondering when yours will be close to its full size. The answer is right now. 4 ft is pretty good for a Mexican Black King. It will grow slightly larger over it's life, but most of its growth is done.
