i recently bought a pretty big female. i know for a fact that the lady who owned her didnt know how to take care of the snake. i saw the snakes old cage and wasnt too happy with it. cage was on the floor in a dark corner with a heat rock. any ways thats just a little back ground info. the female is having some trouble with shedding. i busted the humidity and gave her lots of water. im thinking that this female has had a couple of bad sheds in the past because on her eye (and ill use Rousis Reptiles picture for an example) has this possy/crust looking think on her left eye.. looks like its under the skin..
what can i do if she still has her previous eye lids? they wont come off.
i grabbed this picture because my camera sucks, and i cant zoom and focus... sorry Rousis...

Thy socking her in warm water for a couple hrs then gently wipe over her eye with a wet rag if it does not come off easily, don?t rub harder put her back in her enclosure and re try the next day.
