Alright, so I was shopping at Trader Joe's last night looking for some greens, and lo and behold, I found the IDEAL salad mix. Turnip, mustard, collard and spinach (alright, alright, the spinach ain't the best but it is in pretty low quantities). It is called the "southern greens mix" and is prewashed and prechopped, and its 2 dollars for a 1lb bag! If you have a trader joes near you, it is totally worth a try!
