Just curious

I was just wondering if there were any substrates out there that looks nice in a cage but is not sand. I use sand now but I'm thinking about quiting and just wanted to know. Thanks.

You could go to the hardware store and buy slate-tile that you can get cut to fit inside your enclosure. Looks naturalistic, but doesn't hold the hazards that sand does.

i found some really nice granite slabs along a lake side and i think thye look great as a substrate, and my geckos seem to like them. i covered the spaces between with orchid bark.
my geckos seem to really enjoy the warm rocks over their heater
