Without a better picture I cannot be 100% sure but I am 99% sure that is an arboreal Asian Pit Viper.
DO NOT HANDLE IT, put the snake into a container and take it to your nearest zoo or museum with a herpetology department.

look at the tail, it uses it to attract prey, it will lay motionless and wiggle its tail like a worm and when a lizard comes close enough, WAMM!! it injects its venom!
Just at a glance I am inclined to say its a T. albolabris, a white lipped viper but is kinda hard to tell, but yes be very careful with it and get it to a zoo ASAP.
