Not Eating Vegetables

Hey guys I just got my first beardie the other day, I have been thinking about it for a while. I am not new to reptiles, just beardies. But Anyway, I noticed that I put my veggies in his cage everyday, a salad mix of Turnip Greens, Parsley, and Romaine, and he won't eat it. He will eat the heck out of crickets, but isn't big on the veggies. Does anyone know a way to make him eat his veggies? Thanks!
