Spotted Python Breeding Size?

KenRoshak Dec 16, 2005 01:23 PM

I had an 03 female spotted python that is currently 283 grams and I'm wondering what size/weight would be OK to breed her. The male is a year or more older but I want to ask the group if she would be ready this spring or wait another year.

Thanks, in advance.

I have a female that is right around 400grams and am wondering the same thing. Is 400grams big enough or should she have a little more bulk. She is an '03 also.

Thanks
Jason
