Regal chasing food:

Oxyrhopus Dec 18, 2005 11:57 AM

This ringless bugger has been conditioned to chase after food from my hands like my other regals. It will even squirm out of its cage and eat on the table if I allowed it, but I usually release the food to avoid a mistake and prevent it from dashing behind something. Oh, this is a piece of a defrosted ribbon snake. And before anyone asks where's its head, it was detached and put into a lizards mouth to condition another regal to eat lizards and it worked to switch it over to anoles. I have yet to try it on this ringless specimen.

Got it:

Sorry about the blurred photos as I had the wrong setting on my camera when I took the shots. Not easy with one hand holding food and the other trying to hold the camera.
