In the future i would like to start a leopard gecko website. i really enjoy them and love learning more and more about them. My question is(it might be dumb) do you need any kind of permit to sell leos through a website also do you have to be a certain age like 18 or something. Any info on this subject is appreciated. Thanks

If you're not 18 your parents or legal guardians are responsible for any contract (ie business transactions) that you enter into. So it's a good idea to make sure they are ok with the fact that THEY are going to be ultimately responsible. Internet business can be tricky because some customers will just try to rip you off. Even if you're selling locally, though, having a decent website that people can refer to looks professional. I'd have one, but I don't have enough stuff to sell yet. I know of no state that require a permit for hobby breeders to sell reptiles. Shipping is something you'll have to figure out too, though.
