yea ....it goes like this

do not do any loans or take any
if they are your friend....they may not be later
if they are not your friend....they'll screw you twice as fast?

..........

nuff said.........if you got some big girls....breed them to whatever you got and make your own money
if you got good morph males......buy more girls and wait..

? right

i would recomend you find one of the layers that will do anything for a buck, (ie ambulance chasers) and just buy a half hour of his/her time to go over a draft with you.
draw it up yourself, print it and go in and ask him/her for suggestions, it wont cost you no more than 50$ and it will be professionally worded, and in a form that is legally binding,
oh and have a witness present that would be willing to go to court if it came to that.
have your signature, the person you are doing the contract with's signature and a witness for him as well.
and clearly state everything that is said, do not make any verbal conditions, because only the ones on paper will be used for mediation of a dispute.
good luck

i don't think this answer was really so tongue in cheek, it is just REAL.

breeding loans are just asking for trouble, and disappointment : )

it wasn't a joke

and they told of no conditions like the origionater of this wanted.

like the male owner takes 20% or the female owner takes 10% of all profits under $1000 and 6% over 1000$ etc etc

you will always get screwed.......been there done that

I bred corns for people.......I got to have the female and take care of it....breed it.....get eggs and hatch them......then give them all the babies and keep maybe 1 or 3 or 0 if their female didn't produce....I did it for "friends" so I made no money from it...

now imagine you sending me a $100 female ball and asking me to breed it to a black pastel for you and give you a baby male black pastel for the trouble of doing it for you?......

.......etc etc etc etc

I have done BL's in the past and do do some now. Only with very reputable friends though. Last year I got screwed over by someone who said he was my friend, but when he finally had my females in hand, and the eggs started dropping his whole tone changed.

Just keep Number 1 in mind, you and your snakes.
