i work at petmart. and yesterday a costomer had called and asked if we took in animals, cause they had 2 corn snakes. i said no the store doesnt..but if there snakes....ill take them. these are the 2 they brought in....i think one is a sunglow, and the other is a bubble gum. the pics are poor, the orange one, had "albino" colored eyes. and the other is very very pink. the pic does no justice to just how pink and purple it is.

well, lets just say they were telling the truth when they said two corn snakes.
If this is the case I would say the first one is a nicely colored snow.
A bubblegum, as far as I know it, is an obsoleta (rat snake)
The second one, to me, looks like a typical amelanistic corn.
It's a pretty snake but it just doesn't quite fit what I would consider a sunglow.
It doesn't really matter, though. A sunglow is simply a selective bred amel.

A sunglow is where all the white flecks are eliminated, leaving only the orange/red.

Here's an example of my sunglow motley corn

yes that is what classifies a sunglow. But a sunglow is still a selectively bred amel.

they told me the first one was bought as an albino, and second was bought as a "red phase". can you please explain the bubble gum in the rat snakes rather then the corns. i thought it was in corns, i also read it in the cornsnake manual(i never go by these books for facts, only colors, and such simple things as that) and the book had bubble gum listed under a snow with nice purple, and pink markings.

Bubble gum phase refers to the pink and green phase snow. Bubble gum is also a morph of black ratsnake although I am almost certain that is not what yours is.

I agree that that is not quite a sunglow. It looks like it has white flecks. The other does look like a snow.

pink and green?!?!?! i wish you guys would have told me that to begin with. because under closer inspection, the off yellow color i thought was there, is accually a very light pastel green. shes accually shedding right now. i will get better pics as soon as possable. but now, i know deff, shes a bubble gum. thanks every one for the insight.
