I think our beardie has gone into brumation, but wanted to be sure I was recongizing the signs correctly. Our beardie is about 9 months old - typically a very good eater. The past couple of days he has not ate or moved from the corner of his cage. We have not tried picking up him, because he appears to be sleeping - but he does not usually do that in the middle of the day with his heat lamps on.
If he is brumating, what do I do? Leave him in his tank, or move him someplace else? Do I continue to turn his heat lamps on and off? Do I continue to put out salad (I am assuming no crickets since he is not moving around and they would just eat on him)?
